This blog is my musings, life, ideas and challenges in life as a Holistic Healer. I have M.S. which pays a role in my life and living. I have built my holistic life after realising that health must come first in all i do. It is liberating to be in control of my life and I enjoy living the life i now have.
I live in Essex UK with my husband and two dogs , i have my own healing practice and I do art as a means to relax.I love walking my dogs and being in my garden. I like cooking and am now vegan

Japanese Art Deco
