Im off the day job today so am going to the embroidery guild this afternoon. Great way to meet like minded people! Still got horrid cold though so need to stay away from hugging people!
I made a few brooches today as well just to get my sewing fix!
I also had email fro. Lady who wants me to do a talk at her group....... Interesting .
Well must dash else ill e late to meeting.

Oh Im off  day job today so can so some sewing.
Getting hair done as we're going on hols to France next week.Hubby says I can take my paints as we go near the sea this time , which is unusual he doesn't like the beach. maybe I can beach comb........amazing what you can find!
Not got much on at the moement only a smal sample I'm doing for a workshop afternoon in August.
Went to Kaffe Fasset exhibition last week Oh it was fab!!!!The colours he used. In his work were so lovely. Im going to do a quilt I think. Just a small knee one .....
Well must dash lots to do!

My freind and I are doing it to celebrate the end of our city and guilds. Journey. I must try to focus more and set up my website properly agian.

Fist blog

First blog !! How amazing to do this a personal diary of my creative life. I am so,proud that I have just finished my City & guilds 3 . Sent off the PowerPoint presentation CD  with all of 20 presentations on it!
Such hard work but worth it as I learnt so much.
I had one of my sample s used in a cross stitch collection magazine as well. So my profile is raised !
Also I sent email to Chilhuly the guy who makes fabulous glass pieces and he emailed me back and he sent a lovely book.
I think the course opened many doors for me and helped me control my creativity to make interesting art.
