I have built my holistic life after realising that health must come first in all i do. It is liberating to be in control of my life and I enjoy living the life i now have. I live in Essex UK with my husband and two dogs , i have my own healing practice and I do art as a means to relax.I love walking my dogs and being in my garden. I like cooking and am now vegan

First post of 2015

Good morning all,
This is my first post of 2015! I have to tidy up my house after the holiday season today ...I have a list of jobs to do which is getting longer! I am going to try and do some of the website as well .....it's a job I'm doing slowly but surely!
I'm also enjoying the fact hubby's at work so I'm home alone for first time in a couple of weeks which is lovely!! Is that wrong? I do,love him but I also love home with my dogs and my hobbies!
