Good morning everyone , I've been very busy doing my website showing my lampwork jewellery so please follow this link  laouami.co.uk  to have a look it took longer than I thought and it's still a work in progress as I'm not really very good at building a website ....but I'm learning fast!

Well I haven't been on here a while.... Been so busy lately at day job but have been sewing so ill share that with you once I've completed it.
Health isn't great either  legs are sore ..... So I'm going now to play a bit !

First post of 2015

 Good morning all,
This is my first post of 2015! I have to tidy up my house after the holiday season today ...I have a list of jobs to do which is getting longer! I am going to try and do some of the website as well .....it's a job I'm doing slowly but surely!
I'm also enjoying the fact hubby's at work so I'm home alone for first time in a couple of weeks which is lovely!! Is that wrong? I do,love him but I also love home with my dogs  and my hobbies!

Boxing Day 2014

hello everyone, I've been busy so not come on here I m afraid. I love Christmas. Love the cooking and the food and festivities.
Today is wind down day and eating left overs!
I have finally finished the top of the owl and pussycat cushion , so here it is I'm really pleased with it I love the colours.
I'm hopefully going to finish the cushion today nd put on my new bed!

Nearly xmas

Good morning everyone,
It's nearly Xmas! I'm off tomorrow and I really need to make a list of what jobs I need to do , I always like to make a fuss at Xmas . Even my doggies get a xmaS dinner with Turkey they love it!
I'm at the day job today and it's freezing here , and today is charity day where we wear a Xmas jumper so I'll be nice and warm!

Blue black work

I have been busy attempting the black work themed peice as shown above , it is a bit abstract based on a Islamic tile from the 1700 . I did the design myself as usual and I am using goat leather on it where it's green leather and then I have put silver cord around that area to hightlight it.
I am hoping that it will be an interesting peice once done.

It's freezing cold here so I am staying in to stitch ! With my doggy on my knee and a cuppa by my side....perfect!
