I have built my holistic life after realising that health must come first in all i do. It is liberating to be in control of my life and I enjoy living the life i now have.
I live in Essex UK with my husband and two dogs , i have my own healing practice and I do art as a means to relax.I love walking my dogs and being in my garden. I like cooking and am now vegan

Ribbon work
I thought I'd post this as its the example of some of the little projects I'm doing at Basildon giuld this year for a mini Workshop afternoon.
There's mini ribbon work samples, little pin cushions and a Christmas pudding decoration.
