I have built my holistic life after realising that health must come first in all i do. It is liberating to be in control of my life and I enjoy living the life i now have.
I live in Essex UK with my husband and two dogs , i have my own healing practice and I do art as a means to relax.I love walking my dogs and being in my garden. I like cooking and am now vegan

Tidy table
Now I know to the untrained eye tis may not be tidy .....but it is honest! I can now use the centre area to paint my background for the 10x10 competition. Which is actually the only reason I tidied up LOL found stuff I forgot I had.....
